Jitender Ahlawat is a Managing Partner of HJA & Associates LLP, an experienced Company Secretary and Corporate Lawyer with more than 15 years of distinguished experience in company affairs, legal functioning and listing. Jitender has been working with start-ups for over 15 years in numerous operational and advisor capacities. He founded a legal & compliance firm that works almost exclusively with start-ups. He is a trusted partner of many VCs, like Lightspeed, MSDF, ONGC, HPCL for their portfolio companies, and holds strong relationships there. His networks across VCs and founders give him a unique vantage point when it comes to deal sourcing.
