  • Payment Terms & Conditions :

    1. Any and All Upfront fees, Placement fees, One time fees, Membership charges, Upfront commitment fees or any other service related charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    2. Drawdown towards specific schemes are Refundable, subject to the scheme not being closed, and/or the investment amount not yet being transferred to the Investee company. However such redemptions or withdrawals are subject to approval by the Investment Manager.
