CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Sprint and SCIF do not charge any membership fees at the moment. All other fees paid, such as Upfront Fees, Catch-up, and Carry, are Non-Refundable, unless specifically permitted by
Sprint or SCIF.

These constitute general terms of the relationship in addition to any agreements between you as visitor ("User") & SALIL CHAKRABARTY VENTURE PARTNERS LLP ("SCIF"), if any. These Terms and Privacy Policy are governed by the Laws of India. These Terms constitute an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder. By accessing or using the Website, User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time. If User do not agree to abide by these Terms for any reason, please do not use the Website.
